Barbara June Pratt, 78, of Janesville died Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Our House Memory Care,  in Janesville. Barbara was born June 18, 1937 in La Prairie Township, the daughter of Alfred and Marion (Shute) Funk. She grew up in La Prairie Township and graduated from Janesville High School in 1955. She married Donald Pratt on April 20, 1957. Barbara was formerly employed by Douglas Hardware, Dells Fine Cleaners, Simmons U.S.A. and S S I Technologies. She also did a great deal of sewing for various people thru the years. She was active in many Christian groups. Barbara enjoyed dancing, playing cards and her many travels. She was a member of New Life Assembly of God.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Don, one daughter, Amy (Scott) Manicor of Eden Prairie, MN, two sons, Arthur (Teresa) Pratt of Madison, Andrew (Deborah) Pratt of Lawrenceville, NJ, eight grandchildren and her brother-in-law, Art Pratt. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Eugene Funk and two sisters, Margaret Hasley Sveom and Ruth Grenawalt.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, January 22, 2016 at New Life Assembly of God, 2416 North Wright Road, Janesville with funeral services following at 11 a.m. Friday at the Church. Rev. Jason Karampatsos, PhD will officiate. Private entombment will be in the Milton Lawns Mausoleum. The family is being assisted by Henke-Clarson Funeral Home (608-741-1713).
